Padahal dulu dulu aku sempat lihat lho. Akhirnya bahan Jali aku ganti dengan Quaker Oatmeal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jali itu sejenis biji-bijian, dapat dimakan sebagai makanan pokok atau dicampur dengan beras.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;100 gr jali, direndam 3 jam&lt;br /&gt;500 ml susu cair&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm tepung maizena&lt;br /&gt;garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;50 gr keju parut&lt;br /&gt;50 gr buah kurma dipotong kecil untuk taburan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan saus kurma:&lt;br /&gt;50 gr buah kurma dihaluskan (tadi sempat kesulitan nge-blendernya)&lt;br /&gt;200 ml air&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt tepung maizena (sebaiknya dicairkan dengan air dulu)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;1. Rebus jali dengan susu dan tepung maizena, masak sampai menjadi bubur kental, beri garam dan keju, aduk rata. Angkat.&lt;br /&gt;2. Gara-gara ada 1 box &lt;a href="http://mynoodleworld.blogspot.com/search/label/italian%20pasta"&gt;spaghetti&lt;/a&gt; nganggur, daripada expired, ya aku masak aja di tempat adikku.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Bahan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 box &lt;a href="http://mynoodleworld.blogspot.com/search/label/pasta%20type"&gt;spaghetti&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 sdm minyak goreng&lt;br /&gt;garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Air untuk merebus spaghetti&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saus Putih:&lt;br /&gt;400 cc susu cair&lt;br /&gt;100 gr keju, diparut&lt;br /&gt;1/2 kaleng beef corned (bisa diganti dengan daging cincang)&lt;br /&gt;3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;1/2 bawang bombay, cincang&lt;br /&gt;3 sosis, iris&lt;br /&gt;garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;merica secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;gula pasir secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;bumbu penyedap secukupnya, mis. Royco&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm margarine&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm minyak goreng untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt tepung maizena, larutkan dengan 4 sdm air&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Panaskan air secukupnya, tambahkan 3 sdm minyak goreng dan 1 sdt garam. Setelah mendidih, masukkan spaghetti, rebus 2-3 menit. Jika sudah matang, angkat dan dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;- Panaskan 1 sdm margarine dan 1 sdm minyak goreng. Haluskan kentang selagi panas, aduk bersama mentega hingga rata. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Kocok telur dan gula pasir hingga gula larut. Masukkan roti, susu, dan kentang halus. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuang ke dalam loyang ukuran 20x20x7cm, ratakan. Kukus dalam dandang panas selama 40 menit. Angkat.&lt;br /&gt;4. Atur biskuit di atas puding. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;5. Kue ini pertama kali aku buat saat aku duduk di bangku SD. Membuatnya ramai-ramai dengan teman tetangga. Wah, nostalgia deh.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;10 lembar daun suji&lt;br /&gt;10 lembar daun pandan&lt;br /&gt;50 cc air&lt;br /&gt;200 cc air suam kuku&lt;br /&gt;250 g tepung ketan yang baru&lt;br /&gt;100 g gula merah, potong persegi kecil&lt;br /&gt;¼ butir kelapa yang agak muda, kupas kulitnya, parut memanjang&lt;br /&gt;Air untuk merebus&lt;br /&gt;Garam halus secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;-    Tumbuk daun suji dan daun pandan sampai keluar airnya. Tambahkan 50 cc air lalu peras dan saring. Buang ampasnya. Campur hasil saringannya dengan air suam kuku.&lt;br /&gt;-    Tuangkan sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam tepung ketan sambil diuleni terus sampai adonan rata dan dapat dipulung (dibentuk).&lt;br /&gt;-    Ambil sedikit adonan. Bentuklah bulat-bulat sebesar kelereng.&lt;br /&gt;-    Tipiskan adonan, kemudian isi bagian tengahnya dengan sepotong gula merah. Rapatkan dan bulatkan kembali sedemikian rupa sehingga gula terletak di dalam adonan dan tak keluar selagi direbus.&lt;br /&gt;-    Didihkan air dalam panci, masukkan bulatan-bulatan ke dalamnya. Kue ini sangat unik, karena paduan dari cake dan puding. Walau bahannya dari agar-agar, tetapi cara memasaknya perlu dipanggang. Kue ini lumayan manis karena menggunakan gula pasir yang banyak&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;100 g mentega&lt;br /&gt;3 bungkus agar-agar&lt;br /&gt;5 butir kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;5 butir putih telur, dikocok sampai keras&lt;br /&gt;450 g gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;½ kaleng susu kental manis&lt;br /&gt;70 g terigu&lt;br /&gt;6 gelas air&lt;br /&gt;3 sdm coklat bubuk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;-    Mentega dilelehkan.&lt;br /&gt;-    Kocok kuning telur dengan 225 gram gula pasir sampai kental. Masukkan terigu yang sudah diayak, aduk sampai tercampur.&lt;br /&gt;-    Agar-agar,  225 gram gula dan 6 gelas air dididihkan. Bila sudah hangat, campurkan dalam adonan kuning telur.&lt;br /&gt;-    Masukkan putih telur yang sudah dikocok, serta susu kental.&lt;br /&gt;-    Aduk sampai tercampur rata. Pisahkan sebagian adonan dan tambahkan bubuk coklat ke dalam sebagian adonan tersebut. Masukkan adonan yang kuning dalam loyang yang sudah dioles mentega, lalu masukkan adonan yang coklat.&lt;br /&gt;-    Panggang ½ jam, angkat lalu dinginkan. Isi dengan 2 sdm adonan. Haluskan. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;-    Ayak terigu bersama baking powder. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;-    Kocok telur dan gula sampai kental dan naik.&lt;br /&gt;-    Masukkan terigu, tapai halus, dan mentega cair. Aduk sampai rata.&lt;br /&gt;-    Siapkan loyang persegi ukuran 22 x 22 x 7 cm. Olesi mentega dan taburi tepung. Tuang adonan ke dalam Loyang.&lt;br /&gt;-    Panggang dalam oven bersuhu 180 derajat Celsius sampai setengah matang selama 10 menit. Keluarkan dari oven. Taburi permukaannya dengan kenari iris/cincang.&lt;br /&gt;-    Masukkan ke dalam oven kembali. Panggang sampai matang kecokelatan. Dulu pakai cetakan bentuk kelinci, jadinya kan matching ma bahan wortelnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kalau di resto Secret Recipe, cakenya lebih padat, ada tambahan kismis dan bumbu rempah-rempah lalu atasnya dioles dengan sour/cheese cream. Hmmm, yummy.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;200 gr mentega&lt;br /&gt;200 gr gula halus&lt;br /&gt;7 butir putih telur, dikocok sampai kaku&lt;br /&gt;7  butir kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;250 gr terigu&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt vanili&lt;br /&gt;150 gr wortel parut&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Directions:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Mentega dikocok sampai putih&lt;br /&gt;2. Kuning telur dan gula halus dikocok sampai kental&lt;br /&gt;3. Aduk jadi satu kedua adonan di atas sampai rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan vanili dan terigu yang sudah diayak dengan baking powder ke dalam adonan tadi, aduk sampai tercampur.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan wortel yang sudah diparut, aduk.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan putih telur yang sudah dikocok.&lt;br /&gt;7. Tuangkan adonan ke dalam loyang yang sudah dioles mentega dan ditaburi terigu.&lt;br /&gt;8. Cuma takarannya belum sempat aku buat nih. Nanti bisa dikira-kira ya berapa banyak bumbunya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;1 pak makaroni atau spaghetti&lt;br /&gt;250 gr daging giling&lt;br /&gt;3 siung bawang putih, kupas, cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;1 buah bawang bombay, kupas, cincang&lt;br /&gt;125 gr keju, parut&lt;br /&gt;2 butir telur ayam, kocok lepas, untuk campuran makaroni&lt;br /&gt;1 butir telur ayam, kocok lepas, untuk topping&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm tepung maizena, larutkan dengan air secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Merica secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu penyedap secukupnya, misal: Royco&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm Mentega untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;Minyak goreng untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;Air untuk merebus&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;- Rebus air, saat mendidih, masukkan makaroni/spaghetti. Rebus sampai matang. Angkat dan tiriskan.&lt;br /&gt;- Panaskan mentega dan sedikit minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai menguning dan wangi. Masukkan daging giling. Masak sampai daging matang dan air daging mengering.&lt;br /&gt;- Masukkan makaroni/spaghetti rebus, aduk rata. Tambahkan garam, merica, bumbu penyedap, telur kocok, 100 gr keju parut. Aduk lagi.&lt;br /&gt;- Tuangkan larutan maizena. Aduk merata.&lt;br /&gt;- Siapkan loyang pyrex, olesi mentega.&lt;br /&gt;- Panaskan oven.&lt;br /&gt;- Tuangkan campuran makaroni ke dalam loyang. Chop the chocolate bar and add in the butter. Di dalam bulatan taruh 2 potong nangka. Rebus dalam air mendidih sampai terapung. Angkat lalu rendam dalam air dingin.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Rebus bahan kuah sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Angkat lalu saring.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sajikan bola pisang bersama sari kelapa dan potongan tapai. Karamel : Lelehkan gula hingga kecoklatan (dengan api yang kecil), tuangi air dan air jeruk nipis lalu masak hingga gula larut. Angkat dan tuang ke dalam pinggan tahan panas. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan mentega, goreng roti prancis hingga kedua sisinya berwarna kuning. Angkat dan sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Kocok gula pasir dan telur hingga gula larut. Tambahkan susu, mentega leleh, dan kayumanis bubuk, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tuang dan saring adonan telur ke dalam pinggan tahan panas berisi karamel. Atur potongan roti prancis di atasnya lalu taburi dengan kismis.&lt;br /&gt;5. Tim puding karamel roti dalam oven bersuhu 160 derajat celsius atau kukus selama 45 menit hingga matang.&lt;br /&gt;6. Keluarkan dari oven. Tang, Nutrisari)&lt;br /&gt;5 putih telur, kocok hingga kaku&lt;br /&gt;2 kaleng @ 175 gr jeruk mandarin, tiriskan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Saus:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;500 cc susu cair&lt;br /&gt;125 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;25 gr tepung maizena, larutkan dengan sedikit air&lt;br /&gt;5 kuning telur, kocok&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm rum atau 1/2 sdt vanili bubuk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;1. Masak agar-agar bersama gula, air dan sari jeruk bubuk.&lt;br /&gt;2. Didihkan dan angkat. Aduk- aduk hingga hangat.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan agar-agar ke dalam kocokan putih telur sambil diaduk dengan mixer, tambahkan jeruk mandarin.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tuangkan adonan agar-agar ke dalam cetakan atau gelas berkaki sesuai selera. Biarkan hingga dingin dan beku. Simpan dalam lemari es.&lt;br /&gt;5. &lt;em&gt;Saus:&lt;/em&gt; Masak susu bersama gula hingga mendidih dan gula larut. Tuangkan larutan maizena, aduk hingga kental. Ambil sedikit campuran susu, campur dengan kuning telur. Aduk rata, tuangkan ke dalam susu kembali. Aduk hingga rata. Angkat. Margarine dan gula dikocok sampai putih dan mengembang&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan kuning telur sambil dikocok terus, tambahkan vanili.&lt;br /&gt;3. Terigu dan garam diayak, dimasukkan dalam adonan tadi, aduk sampai tercampur rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Adonan dibentuk bulat sebesar kelereng, masukkan dalam putih telur lalu gulingkan ke dalam parutan kelapa. Bagian atasnya diberi potongan cherry.&lt;br /&gt;5.
